1. Who we are

MyEchoGoals is operated by My Echo Path LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia, USA limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information you provide

Account details — your email address and, optionally, a display name and profile color.
Habits and routines — the habits, tasks, units, schedules and progress you create.
Journal entries — text you type or audio you record, along with transcriptions.
Mood entries — the mood check-ins you log.
Group activity — if you use shared or group habits, the habits, progress and messages you choose to share with people you invite.

3. Health & wellness data

MyEchoGoals lets you record wellness information such as your mood, habits, and personal journal entries. Some of this may be considered health-related data. It is used only to power the features you see inside the app — your dashboard, growth insights, and journal.

You choose what to record, and you can edit or delete your entries at any time.
We do not use your wellness data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Any insights the app provides are for general wellbeing only and are not a medical measurement or diagnosis.

Connected health platforms. You can optionally connect Apple Health (iOS) or Android Health Connect. If you do, we read only the metrics you allow — such as steps, sleep, active energy, exercise minutes, and resting heart rate — to automatically complete habits you've linked to a health goal and to personalize your insights. This access is read-only (we never write to your health platform), stays on your device unless you turn on cloud sync (in which case a daily summary is stored in your private account), and you can turn it off at any time in the app or your device's health settings. 4. Information collected automatically

Like most apps, we collect limited technical data needed to run the service reliably — such as app version, device type, and basic diagnostic logs. We aim to minimize this and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

5. How we use your information

To provide and personalize your habits, journal, mood tracking and reports.
To generate AI content such as habit blueprints and daily inspiration (see Section 6).
To sync your data across your devices and, for Premium, manage your subscription.
To send account and service messages.
To keep the service secure and diagnose problems.

6. AI processing

Some features use third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and, where applicable, transcription services) to generate suggestions, transcribe voice notes, or craft encouragement. Content needed for these features is sent securely to the provider to return a result. We do not sell your content, and we disclose these providers as data processors. AI output can be imperfect and is not professional advice.

8. Your choices and rights

Access, edit, or delete your habits, journal and mood entries in the app.
Revoke health-data and microphone permissions in your device settings.
Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.

9. Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, though no system is perfectly secure.

10. Children

MyEchoGoals is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
