Because MyEchoGoals lets you track wellness information — such as your mood and personal reflections — some of what you log may be considered "consumer health data." This notice explains how we handle it.
We collect this data directly from you when you enter it in the app. You control what you choose to record, and you can delete your entries at any time. If you choose to connect a health platform (Apple Health or Android Health Connect), we read only the metrics you grant, and only to power features you turn on. This connection is read-only — we never write to your health platform — and you can turn it off at any time in the app or in your device's health settings.
We use consumer health data solely to provide app features you request: automatically completing habits you've linked to a health metric (such as a daily step or sleep goal), showing your trends, generating your reports, powering mood insights, and tailoring encouragement. Data read from a connected health platform stays on your device unless you are signed in with cloud sync on, in which case a daily summary is stored in your private account to power history and insights. We do not use it for targeted advertising and we do not sell it.
